INTRODUCATION

With the current rapid growth in Tourism Industry at Kokoda Trail, Oro Province, Papua New Guinea, we the principal landowners, particularly the tribesof Kovelo and Hoi have jointly form a firm to provide tourism servi ces to tourists around the world that trek the Kokoda Trail. The firm is there to provide trek guides, airport pick - ups and drop-offs.

BACKGROUND

The Kokoda Story Limited was established and registered on 29 th of March 2007 with Investment Authority under Companies Act to trade as a Tour Guide Company. It is managed by the second and third stage experience guides who walked several times on the trek, who also have knowledge in battle fields ,  care centres and etc:-

MANAGEMENT

It is run by local people who are from Kovelo and Hoi. They have professionals who are specialized in Tourism Industry that gives better services to clients and ensure that services they provide is at the customers satisfaction and of high quality
